Bill Sullivan leads many of the company's international consulting engagements, having led projects in almost 30 countries. He consults and coaches senior executives and teams across a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, construction, banking, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Currently, he is leading an initiative to evaluate and update Gap International's organizational model, processes, and procedures throughout the company.

 

In his first 15 years at the company, Mr. Sullivan was accountable for the training and development of Gap International consultants. He was instrumental in building the immersive training for new associates to prepare for client initiatives and programs. Those trainings are still essential for new consultants today.

 

Mr. Sullivan is also a leader of the Executive Challenge Course, Gap International's breakthrough execution and leadership program for senior executives. He has led enterprise-wide consulting initiatives for corporations throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa. Prior to joining Gap International in 2000, Mr. Sullivan was a financial services professional and an entrepreneur and business owner. He was also involved in community affairs and served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce in Apopka, Florida. He has a B.A. in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
