It is the way they are

The words “is” and “are” can be quite troublesome.

Whenever something “is” the way that it is, or someone “is” the way that they “are,” it doesn’t tend to leave room for other possibilities.

Look at yourself, look at your business, the people, the market, the processes. Look for the way things are. Ask yourself, what is the way that it is?

Questioning these things, opening them up, and being willing to not be so certain opens your mind to other ways of thinking and alternative possibilities you just can’t see right now.
