For three decades, Gap International has studied the link between thinking and performance. We have repeatedly found that great performers know what they do, and they also know the foreground thinking they use to make decisions. However, they have limited access to their own contextual thinking, or their "language of extraordinary performance" that has been crucial to their success.

Through extensive research, including hundreds of executive interviews and findings from several previous conferences, we have created a breakthrough process that leverages a leader's genius — capturing and applying the best thinking of any leader and transferring it to others in a systematic, practical way.

Leveraging Genius is predicated on the idea that there is genius in all of us, and that it resides in specific, precise thinking that is accessible to each of us and transferable to others.
