Jon Greenawalt has been with Gap International since 1996, and has played a leading role in the growth and evolution of the company's marketing and communications. For many years, he was co-accountable for the design and execution of all marketing projects and initiatives, including branding, public relations, events, sponsorships and media. He was instrumental in building the company's digital marketing and online brand presence, overseeing interactive strategy design and execution. Today, Mr. Greenawalt is accountable for leading the development of the company’s online performance management and collaboration platform for its global community of clients.
As a consultant, Mr. Greenawalt is a Breakthrough Enterprise growth and performance initiative leader and executive coach. He has worked extensively with senior executives in a variety of industries, including global consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, telecommunications, and financial services. He also a primary leader of the Executive Challenge Course as well as The Alignment Intensive, Gap International's premier executive team performance program.
Mr. Greenawalt holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania, on the board of the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, and on the board of the Wolf Performing Arts Center in Narberth, Pennsylvania.
