The Performance Diagnostic™

What It Measures

The Performance Diagnostic™ measures five factors of performance.

Affinity: Affinity causes connection, fun and confidence, impacting speed and ease of execution. Interpersonal trust and strong relationships have team members focus on the task at hand, which allows for superior team performance with fewer personal agendas.

Ownership: Ownership causes accountability and consistency, impacting reliability for producing extraordinary outcomes. Owning personal results as well as the team outcomes has people accountable far beyond their immediate responsibilities.

Interdependence: Interdependence causes contribution and superior thinking, impacting quality of results. Collaborative thinking and interdependent ways of working together through the entire work process leverage the best of everyone.

Purpose: Purpose causes an inspiring future, impacting engagement, spirit and resilience. It creates a unified direction that engages and energizes the work force.

Risk: Risk causes freedom to communicate, impacting creativity and innovation. People take risks when they are free to speak, speculate and question the conventional or even the obvious.
