The Performance Diagnostic

How It Works

  1. Leaders select the teams and leaders critical to execution and business performance.
  2. Each team member enters The Performance Diagnostic online with their unique access code and responds anonymously to a short questionnaire (about 15 minutes).
  3. Each team member receives immediate feedback on their contribution to execution and business performance and areas recommended for improvement.
  4. Results are compiled by team and organization. Summary charts and tables give a comprehensive easy-to-read summary of the execution capacity of the entire organization.
  5. Leaders receive recommendations for specific actions to enhance team and organizational performance and improve future diagnostic scores.
