How It Works
- Leaders select the teams and leaders critical to execution and business performance.
- Each team member enters The Performance Diagnostic online with their unique access code and responds anonymously to a short questionnaire (about 15 minutes).
- Each team member receives immediate feedback on their contribution to execution and business performance and areas recommended for improvement.
- Results are compiled by team and organization. Summary charts and tables give a comprehensive easy-to-read summary of the execution capacity of the entire organization.
- Leaders receive recommendations for specific actions to enhance team and organizational performance and improve future diagnostic scores.
