During this rigorous, nine-month program, participants design and deliver a real-time breakthrough initiative in their business. ROI is determined by each course participant and calculated using existing monetary business metrics such as profit or cost savings, or by converting program results into monetary value. ROI calculation takes into account the participant's estimation of other contributing factors and is adjusted for any uncertainty.
