In nine months, executives produce a significant and measurable breakthrough in their business performance, and transform themselves as leaders in the process.

In The Executive Challenge Course leaders create and deliver specific breakthrough business outcomes that put their business on a new trajectory of performance. 

In a structured format, leaders have concentrated time to discover and challenge what they know and are certain about in their business, so as to liberate their thinking. Working in close partnership with the other executives and the course leaders, they open up new pathways for growth and develop innovative approaches to resolve business issues. In addition to the monthly sessions, participants receive individual coaching to advance their performance.

Each session introduces new competencies in breakthrough leadership and execution.  Practiced over the nine months, these skills become replicable for the future as well as instrumental in achieving the breakthrough outcomes during the course.

The end product is both a measurable and demonstrable return on investment, as well as significant and visible leadership growth.
