The Alignment Intensive is a rigorous immersion into the principles and practices of alignment. Corporate leaders and their teams come together for a week of thinking, experience, simulation and practice in the art and science of organizational alignment. Leaders learn how to align the entire organization. The program has proven results over ten years and is designed to have an immediate and lasting impact on strategy, culture and outcomes.
