A Breakthrough Results Course for Executives, Managers, Entrepreneurs, and Public Sector Leaders

First launched in 1988, thousands of executives have utilized the Executive Challenge Course as a vehicle for creating extraordinary execution and leadership in their organizations. During this rigorous, nine-month program, participants design and deliver a real-time breakthrough initiative in their business. The coaching and development received during the program is done in the context of these initiatives, providing both immediate business impact and a sustainable skill-set for the future.

Participants think newly about their businesses, set higher standards for their work, expand their accountability and significantly increase their effectiveness in contributing to the success of their organizations.

Working together with other executives, participants exchange diverse work experiences and challenges, create lasting relationships and champion each other's success as they alter what is possible for the future of their businesses.
