LEADERSHIP TALENT DEVELOPMENT CURRICULUM

A customized series of Breakthrough Performance Competencies Programs creates a Leadership Talent Development Curriculum for targeted teams or groups within the organization. One-on-one consulting sessions are also included throughout the curriculum to reinforce and increase the application of new skills and competencies learned.

Managed by a joint design and support team, the curriculum begins with The Breakthrough Intensive and is followed by five to eight successive programs that are chosen to best address the competencies and skills required to deliver specific business outcomes.
