Building a Breakthrough Executive
Gap International's high-impact, executive leadership development program, Building a Breakthrough
Executive, is consistently described by FORTUNE and Global 500 executive participants as
the best in its class. Consisting of four, four-day sessions over a period of one year,
15-25 senior leaders rigorously practice the art and science of leading and sustaining a
breakthrough enterprise. Both practical and profound, this course gives executives the opportunity
to develop new ways of leading their organizations while receiving immediate and direct
coaching from the program leaders and their fellow participants. Each executive will experience
the real impact they have on others, work through their "blind spots" and individual
leadership barriers, and develop the confidence to stand for and deliver their most important
business objectives. Executives leave this program having had the most effective and productive
12 months of their careers.

PROGRAM CONTENT AND STRUCTURE
Each four-day session centers on a distinct leadership framework to build upon:

Simulations, practices and one-on-one consulting sessions are utilized to have participants
think newly about the assumptions and beliefs they have about themselves and others, about
their organizations, and about the marketplace in which they operate.
