Jen Rothman joined Gap International in 1998, and since then has played primary roles in marketing, business development and innovation & research. She is currently accountable for Gap International's Breakthrough Courses and Products Department, which has recently expanded to include online course development and commercialization. Ms. Rothman was responsible for Gap International's market-entry in the Asia-Pacific region in 2007.
As a senior consultant, Ms. Rothman has partnered with Fortune & Global 1000 senior executives and teams across China, India, Korea, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia to drive breakthroughs in business performance, impacting revenue and profitability, customer and JV partner relationships, brand and category performance, and social responsibility. She has worked on breakthrough performance initiatives in a variety of industries, including financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and global consumer goods.
Ms. Rothman received a B.S. in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.B.A. from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
