Sally S. Richards
Sally Richards leads Gap International's Consulting Division. Initially
a vehicle for partnering with senior management teams, Gap Consulting
has expanded under Ms. Richards' leadership to work directly with
thousands of people at a time to achieve exceptional individual and organizational
performance. She has led successful initiatives with clients in such fields
as telecommunications, consumer products and medical devices. In addition,
Ms. Richards oversees Gap International's product/market strategy
and business development.
Before joining Gap International in 1998, she was an executive at AT&T/Lucent
Technologies, Inc., where she executed the turn-around of several major
business units. She has extensive corporate experience in strategy and
brand development, innovation and commercialization of products, quality
and process improvement and marketing.
Ms. Richards is a Trustee Emeritus of Bryant College and past President
and CEO of the Cancer Hope Network. She received a B.A. in mathematics
and fine arts from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard
Graduate School of Business.
