Ilene K. Muething
Ilene Muething joined Gap International in 1998, bringing with her a
passion to have businesses perform at exceptional levels through the full
expression of people.
As chief architect of the Breakthrough Performance Skills Division, she
has expanded the leadership skills of thousands of executives of FORTUNE
and Global 500 organizations to produce unparalleled business results.
Under her leadership, the division is currently engaged with 4,000 leaders
of a manufacturing company to double the business's revenues in
three years.
Prior to joining Gap International, Ms. Muething was a partner in a management
consulting company, where she expanded the clientele from solely entrepreneurial
enterprises to Fortune 500 companies and increased the revenue base five-fold.
She has a B.S. in mathematics from Montclair State College and an M.B.A.
in marketing from Seton Hall University.
