Lucille Mazmanian Vice President Lucille Mazmanian joined Gap International, Inc., committed to the growth and development of the company and its associates. In 1985 she originated the company's human resource organization, which she has since led and expanded as the company has grown. Currently responsible for human resources for both Gap International and its subsidiaries, Ms. Mazmanian is accountable for maintaining the corporate culture, recruiting and retaining top-notch employees, and overseeing all aspects of human resource administration. She is also a lead consultant for one of Gap International's high-level leadership programs, working closely with executives of FORTUNE 500 companies on expanding their leadership and improving their business performance. Prior to joining Gap International, Ms. Mazmanian was a human resources professional and an educator. She received her B.A. from Holy Family University, her M.A. in Educational Administration from Villanova University and her PHR from Human Resources Certification Institute.
