Eric Jackson Vice President Dr. Eric Jackson leads the research and development of Gap International's programs and services. His creativity and leadership have been instrumental in developing new tools and approaches designed to accelerate business growth and impact leadership, such as the development of a ground-breaking, web-based diagnostic tool that measures the ability of teams to operate at high levels of performance. Recognized as an expert in innovation, Dr. Jackson speaks regularly on the topic and has been featured on CNN. He also consults senior executive teams in a variety of industries in producing breakthrough business results. Prior to joining Gap International in 1999, Dr. Jackson was the associate dean for academic affairs at Temple University School of Dentistry. Previously, he practiced dentistry and participated in the founding of the dental school at the University of Florida. He has written several publications in the fields of dentistry and psychology and is an accomplished choral director who has performed twice in Carnegie Hall. He received his dental degree from Glasgow University in Scotland and his Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
