Mitzie Hoelscher Vice President Since joining Gap International in 1990, Ms. Hoelscher has created and grown the Executive and Leadership Development department of Gap University for Breakthrough Performance. Under her leadership, the department designed its premier program, Building a Breakthrough Executive. Hundreds of FORTUNE and Global 500 executives have participated in this unique developmental program which equips them to lead their organizations to produce breakthrough results. In addition, Ms. Hoelscher leads large-scale corporate initiatives with multi-national organizations. Ms. Hoelscher is an expert in the technology of breakthrough thinking, and is accountable for the development of consultants in Gap's specialized methodology. Prior to joining Gap, Ms. Hoelscher led programs and courses worldwide on such subjects as communication, performance and creativity. Ms. Hoelscher received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
