Russell Benamy
Russell Benamy joined Gap in 1991, bringing a passion for sales and a
commitment to organizational growth and expansion. During his first few
years at Gap, his sales leadership was instrumental in causing a ten-fold
increase in revenue for the company.
Currently responsible for the overall effectiveness of Gap International's
sales force, Mr. Benamy also consults and coaches senior executives of
multinational organizations. He designs and leads large-scale consulting
initiatives that consistently produce extraordinary results in the growth
and success of Gap's clients.
Prior to joining Gap, Mr. Benamy spent a decade in the environmental
industry in applications engineering and sales management. He changed
careers to pursue his dream of making a lasting difference with people
in organizations.
Mr. Benamy received a B.S. in chemical engineering and an M.S. in organizational
dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
