Rachel Pines

Rachel Pines leads the design and delivery of Gap International's Breakthrough Leadership courses and programs, which play a key role in the execution of the company's large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.

Before moving to her current role, Ms. Pines was instrumental in the development of The Performance Diagnostic, an online tool that measures the ability of individuals and teams to produce sustainable, breakthrough results. She also co-designed Building a Breakthrough Executive, the company's premier executive leadership development program.

Ms. Pines is a partner to senior executives of FORTUNE 500 and Global 1000 companies. She has extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives with businesses in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, banking, and utilities.

Prior to joining Gap International in 1994, Ms. Pines was a Vice President of a management consulting company. She was also a professional pianist and a vocal coach for many years. She received a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.M. from the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University.
