Nancy Sloane

Nancy Sloane is accountable for leading Gap International’s Performance Diagnostics division, where she has been instrumental in making The Performance Diagnostic a widely used business tool in corporations around the world.

For over ten years Ms. Sloane has led the company’s Breakthrough Leadership programs, including the Executive Challenge Course and Executive Mastery program in Philadelphia.  She also regularly consults senior executives and teams in the execution of enterprise-wide breakthrough initiatives. Over the course of her career, she has worked with thousands of executives to achieve exceptional growth through extraordinary performance.

Prior to joining Gap International in 1995, Ms. Sloane worked with General Electric for 12 years. She is a CPA and received her B.B.A. in business from Temple University, focusing on computer information science, accounting and finance.
