Chief Leadership Officer

Mitzie Hoelscher is the managing director of Gap International's London office, where she is responsible for the company's growth and expansion in Europe as well as the delivery of breakthrough growth initiatives with international clients.

As Chief Leadership Officer, Ms. Hoelscher is overall accountable for the design and delivery of Gap International's Breakthrough Leadership programs that enable leaders to transform themselves in the process of delivering unprecedented results for their organizations.

Ms. Hoelscher is also the creator and primary leader of Building a Breakthrough Executive, Gap International's high-impact executive leadership development program.

Prior to joining Gap International, Ms. Hoelscher led communications and performance programs worldwide. She has a B.S. in business management.
