Lucille Mazmanian

Lucille Mazmanian joined Gap International in 1985 to develop and grow the company and its associates through the establishment of the human resources organization.

Ms. Mazmanian has been responsible for enriching the corporate culture and executing the company's global human resources strategies, including talent management and organizational development at Gap International and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Mazmanian also consults as a part of Gap International's high-level leadership program Building a Breakthrough Executive, working closely with senior executives to impact their leadership and performance. 

Prior to joining Gap International, Ms. Mazmanian was a human resources professional and an educator. She received her B.A. from Holy Family University, an M.A. in educational administration from Villanova University and a PHR from Human Resources Certification Institute.
